Educator's Resources
Bridges' Educator's Resources and materials are designed for Bridges Teachers, High School Counselors, and Career Advisors. To support education's effort to develop effective distance learning plans, we have created two new categories of tools: General Online Teaching & Learning resources, and activities specific to major industry/cluster areas.
The rest of the traditional resources are divided into two strands: College & Career Readiness and Employment Strategies. Both strands are comprised of unit topics that provide activities for your classroom, including orientation lessons to the Bridges Academy and supplemental instructional resources. There are also resources for student-counseling/advising and strategies to sharpen students’ employability skills. Lessons are designed for grades 9-12 and include an activity with related materials — such as group activity worksheets, discussion guides, extension activities, assessment tools, links to videos and supplemental resources.
Teachers: Keep these resources in mind when you need to have a substitute.
